(Fairfax, VA) The C League Franchise, "Enforcers" have finalized deals to acquire WR Roy Williams and RB Shaun Alexander. Williams and Alexander both opted out of their new contracts, so that they could play "Some real ball", according to Williams, at a joint press conference held at Hard Times in Fairfax on Wednesday morning. When asked why he would give up $45 Million over the next 5 years and a chance to play in his home state of Texas, Williams replied, "Man, I just wanna wear that Enforcer Blue, and a couple of them wrist bands they got". On a further note, Alexander is only expected to see limited action on 3rd or 4th down situations. Also, the Enforcers still aren`t expected to win a single game this year. |
First year in the league, lack of overall experience, lack of organization early on, there`s a lot of 30 somethings who used to be athletes who still have the desire and drive but not so much the motor anymore. We have a lot of heart and we`re definately more competitive now but we need to execute and cut down on mistakes. |
