There`s some good matchups on tap tonight, no need for long intros, let`s just get right to it:
7 Point Spread vs Novacaine - A playoff game scheduled for 10 minutes, kinda like how Bundy schedules his sex life. Given that it`s 2nd and goal from the 10 for the Cubeless Caines in Double OT, anyone trying to beat the spread (not the added overtime line) on this game will be happy regardless the outcome, however I think the break is going to work against HellsBells and his crew. By giving `Big Mac` Grove and the rest of the 700 Pound Spread a week`s break to recover look for the Spreaders to stop the Caines short and pull out the OT win.
Magnums vs 7 Point Spread - This will be an interesting game, almost a grudge match as most of these kids already play against each other in "The-League-That-Must-Not-Be-Named", but look for Nachos Grande and 7 Layer Dip to be "too emotionally drained" from their double OT win over the `caines to be worth a damn in this game. Vegas made the guys with a man-crush on Tom Selleck`s mustache as a 2 point fave in this game, give the points and grow yourself a sexy `stache.

Triple Crown vs Rejects - This should be the best game we`ll see in the "A" bracket this year, it`s just too bad the Rejects best player won`t be there. With D.O. on P.T.O. the Rejects will be hurting, but not out of contention. This is still a very talented team that always plays NickleCrown tough, including a gutsy 14-7 loss earlier this year. However, it`s still going to be a loss. Vegas has TripleBack as a 3.5 point fave, (however the more interesting wager would be the over/under on the number of times Outcast Andy gets on the field) give the points and go buy their album.
SPECIAL BONUS: Acid Reign vs Bootleggers - The only thing that makes this game even worth talking about is the fact that we may be in for the first game ever interrupted twice on two different nights by the lights going out. Aside from that, look for a snore fest. With a 13-0 lead at halftime, Chocolate Reign should continue to dominate the Bootlickers, that is if they actually get a chance to play tonight.

"A playoff game scheduled for 10 minutes, kinda like how Bundy schedules his sex life"
LMFAO!!!! Funny sh*t |
|
| ^^ | 12:33 PM |
- lol so true about Andy - I think the game could go either way for 7pt`s or Novacaine but who ever plays the Mags will lose - I`ll like to see Rejects win the game over TC, but let`s face it...not going to happen - Bundy 10 min thing is funny lol |
|
| wait a minute | 12:38 PM |
Did everyone forget that the rejects, while talented, still have 3 losses on their record this season???
How can people call them the 2nd best team in the league? |
|
| Umm.. | 12:41 PM |
who said they were the 2nd best team in the league? |
|
| hello my name is Joe | 12:42 PM |
Who have they loss too? |
|
| Doh | 12:44 PM |
The word is lost, not loss. And it`s to, not too. Who have the lost to? Well, the have lost to the wolves, TC and 7PTS |
|
| dont get it twisted | 12:45 PM |
7pt will not only beat novacaine but they will also take care of the Magnums. I actually don`t even think the Magnums will keep it close. |
|
| Doh | 12:45 PM |
Sorry, *they not the. |
|
| Defense-Caines | 12:47 PM |
When I look at this matchup and consider its a college style format for OT, ya gotta give the edge to the caines. They only have to go 10 yards while 7pt`s gotta go 20. Caines defense has been relatively stingy all season. We`ll see what happens. Gonna be a short yet competitive overtime. You stop em`, you win. whos gonna stop who? |
|
| Webster | 12:48 PM |
Defined by Webster: it`s "loss"
a losing by defeat; failure to win: example - "the loss of a bet."

| re: Doh | 12:52 PM |
Lmao!!!!
@dont get it twisted- it`s very clear that you don`t play in any A league team and stop trying to stir sh** up. 7pt Spread, Magnums, and Novacaine are all good teams that could beat each other. So go back to your C league punk. |
|
| caines | 12:53 PM |
even if the caines win against 7pt spread, they have no chance against magnums without their number 1 and 2 receivers. Cube being 1 and joe being 2 |
|
| Doh | 12:53 PM |
Yeah, but the word LOSS is a noun, which you used as a past tense verb. The correct use of the word is the verb lose, which conjugated is spelled lost. Who have they lost to? |

Doh has a point but so does Lil` Webbie. If he is using loss as a noun, he should have said, "Who are their losses against?" Ultimately, Doh` for the win. Excellent debate. Ding! |

Dear D.O.,
I`d like to formally apologize for calling you a "loudmouth" last week. However, after seeing how you dress for games last night, it`s clear that I had the loud part right. I truly wish I could erase the image of you in a belly shirt and overly small football pants (really, they were long boxer briefs) from my brain as I may have nightmares for years to come as a result. In the future, please remember this is football, not an audition for `The Bird Cage`.
Sincerely,
The Swam |

| Hey Swami | 1:04 PM |
DO can wear a tutu and pasties for all we care if he puts up 2 TDs, a redzone pick, and stretches the defense all night to beat big bad TC.
Signed, All the other teams who cant beat TC

| Anyone | 1:06 PM |
Can someone explain the `hiding the QB`s flag play` at the end of regulation when time ran out on the Rejects because a Crown player had the QBs flag? |
|
| C`mon | 1:07 PM |
LOL so the teams that beat Rejects before ate better then TC? You guys are 1&1... you just beat them in OT |
|
| C`mon | 1:09 PM |

| to anyone | 1:53 PM |
the reject qb ran down the middle and dropped to his knees with both flags on with about 15 seconds left. TC then pulled one of his flags and hid it behind his back. the rejects qb did a hurry up to spike the ball, STOPPING THE CLOCK....but, after the play the TC player pulls out the flag and screams out that the qb only has 1 flag so it was a penalty and the refs ran the clock and did not even allow the rejects to use thier last time out and kick a field goal.....real cheap.
that is why i am glad to see rejects come out on top.
|
|
| From my perspective | 1:55 PM |
I`m not so sure he hid it, but it was clear that he took the snap without his flag on, so either way the play had to end as the QB being down as soon as he touched the ball. Honestly he should have known better. Also, I`m sorta surprised they didn`t flag him for intentional grounding on the spike. |
|
| No | 2:17 PM |
it`s not a penalty to not have on both flags. It`s just down where he catches the snap if he`s the QB so the clock should continue to run and the spike wont stop it because he was down before the spike. The question is was he illegally de-flagged on the kneel down and why didn`t he get his flag back before the next play. The spike rule is wierd. Some refs let you spike it, others say you have to throw it at any intended receiver. Did the TC player really hide the flag behind his back? Never seen that before. |
|
| Reject | 2:21 PM |
From our sideline it looked like he did but the game is over. Good game TC. |
|
| to | 2:46 PM |
even though the the ball was dead, why did they not let the rejects use the time out and kick a FG? |
|
Al Bundy The Truth coach | |
| 2:52 PM |
The Rejects were out of timeouts, hence the reason they were spiking the ball. |
|
