06/02 : Rejects win in OT against Triple Crown 20-17

Rejects improve to 2-0 in the postseason, while Triple Crown sits at 1-1.

The victory continues a 7 game winning streak for Rejects which now stands at 8 wins in a row.

The loss ended a 11 game winning streak for Triple Crown. This is the fewest points scored in a game this season by Triple Crown.

These teams are very familiar with one another, having now played 5 times. Their previous contest occured in a Fairfax County Flag Football League "Open" regular season game Apr 07 2010, 21:00, which Triple Crown won 14-7. Overall, Triple Crown is 4-1 against Rejects.

he def. played and him and the Rejects QB was the deciding factor in this game. Also props to rejects d-line. They played great football.

Without a doubt, D.O. was the MVP of that game. Scored both of Rejects TDs in regulation.

and also set them up for a possible game winner at the end of regulation. Unfortunately they never got the chance to kick the FG.

Rejects let them back in the game they were winning 14-0 and totally dominating also missed a easy fg so could of been 17-0. Nice come back try by TC but a little short.

I agree w/you they didnt have a answer for D.O. he manhandle #00 so then they put some one else to check him and double team him but he and ran right past them at will.

DO didn`t only handle #00 but the whole TC gang couldn`t stop DO. The guy is nasty.

Since when did TC have any talent on D. There strength is on offense...big ups goes to the Reject D. They deserve the credit!

Dre, you should know if "fan" was there last night to watch the game, that DO never "manhandle" you...yeah he played a great game...but never "manhandle" Dre people. Just some anonymous fool trying to stir ish up. Eventhough, I was cheering for Rejects to win last night from the sideline lol, it was one of the best games I have seen all season.

oh i know.. it just makes good comedy. i get pretty bored at work sometimes and need to be entertained a lil. im pretty sure most people were cheering for the rejects lastnight. haha. it was definitely a good game, it just sucks we didnt pull it out.

I`m good. My face looks like I went 12 rounds and lost in a split decision. My other rusher, Tyrone, and I collided into each other banging heads. Tyrone had to leave the game to go get stiches. He had a nasty open gash in the middle of his forhead.

Dre was not "manhandled" he actually broke up a nice pass to DO early in the game. I don`t think Rejects even threw at DO in Dre`s zone after that.

Dre left his team behind for better chance to win the ship with TC and came away with empty handed. Thats a worse feeling than getting burned on the field. But I hear TC is going to lose some more players too who was promised a ship if they played with them. Stay tuned!

i am glad to see the rejects won the game in overtime, because if they did not a lot of that would be on the refs shoulders. Rejects should have had an opp to finish the game in regulation with a FG attempt but was robbed of it due to a dirty play by TC and a horrible desicion by the refs.

Yeah TC didnt look too good against Chaos, the game was a LOT closer than the score... true story. I knew TC would not win this game, Rejects learned a lot from the Chaos game
