Prior to this game, these teams had met only one other time, on Nov 03 2010, 20:00, a Fairfax County Flag Football League "B" regular season game which The Situation won 17-14.

Hokies scored first, but missed the XP kick. Situation answered and made their XP to take a 7-6 lead.

Hokies scored again and went for 2 - failed, led 12-7.

Late in the second half, after punting, then holding the Hokies - Situation drove downfield inside the Hokie 20 but threw a pick.

Hokies ran the clock out.

Situation played great defense, contained and pressured the Hokies QB for the most part, but the Hokie WRs hauled in some clutch catches to sustain drives.

Situation went for it on 4th and 1 with less than two minutes left on the Hokies` 21 yard line. QB scrambled but was down before the first down marker.

I saw both teams last night I think either team can hang in A league. Time to move up.

Situation may be new to Fairfax, but they are not a new team. They have been playing together for a while in other leagues. They should be competitive in A.

They are very new, first time playing together was in arlington league in the spring. A few play together in coed leagues but spring was their first mens league team as a whole...

arlington spring was at least their second season together. played them in the spring and a season before that also.

I watched both teams play last night play for the B+ title. Both teams should move up to A.

4/5 players on situation played for primetime last season in B+, we broke off and put our own squad together for arlington spring... Looking to add a couple more good athletes and see how we do in spring open and then we will go from there.
