Week 5 Predictions

Well we`re back for the Week 5 Predictions as requested. Lask week I stayed on the positive side of .500, going 9-4 on the week (excluding the 3 tie games and the helltown game that has yet to be posted). That puts me at 26-16 on the season. Most teams have played three games and some teams have played 4 games which means we are about a third of the way through the regular season. We are starting to see who is shaping themselves as the elite teams in their division, yet there is still time for those teams at the bottom to rebound and make a run. Here`s my predictions for Week 5:

Monday:

Blazers vs. Raw Dawgs - postponed
Sharks 24 Coyotes 21

S&S 13 The Storm 0
Chuds 28 BMF 14
The Union 24 Cougars 14

Wednesday:

And your games of the week:

A League:
Coyotes vs. Sharks - top 2 teams in the A League face off against each other. Coyotes took a beating at the hands of the Sharks in Fall 2006, but they have come out looking strong this season. After a tough game in the Sunday League, the Sharks are looking to make a statement early. Expect this game to be full of offense as the two top offenses battle it out. I expect this game to come down to a field goal and the Sharks take the victory, and the top seed in the A League.

B+ League:
United vs. Magnums - United looks to bounce back after two close losses, a 7pt loss to Grayhounds, and a 6 point loss to the tough Entourage defense. The Magnums come in high, riding a 3 game winning streak and they look to rely on their B+ top offense. I expect the Magnums offense to show up again, but we saw some holes in their defense last week as they allowed 21 points to an 0-4 Banditos team. The knock on the Magnums is the same as the spring season, they start off with an easy schedule. United pulls this one off in our "Upset Special" of the week.

B League:
Chuds vs. BMF - This should be another high scoring affair as the Chuds come in averaging a FCFFL best, 35 points per game (looks like somebody is taking advantage of the extra 10 min. per game). The Chuds defense has been just as spectacular, giving up only 6 points in 3 games. They are facing a tougher opponent this week then they have faced all season. BMF will put up some points, but they will have a tough time keeping up with the Chuds high explosive offense. It`ll be tied at halftime, but the Chuds will pull away in the 2nd half.

;	what am i putting up??? hahah victory, what else. i`m putting up Ws. but if the chuds lose i`ll come back on here and eat crow. i just wanted to make sure you`d apologize if the chuds win tonight. and i`m gunna go ahead and say if we win tonight you gotta back us up for the rest of the year. put up, or shut up and i have seen BMF play a little bit. they have a very big, physical line. and i do know they barely won against the team we beat pretty badly to open the season. they won i think 21-20. as far as the players 40 times, no i don`t know.

;	you guys are psychopaths...i`m not giving you any spread. i don`t go that far, i`ll say i`m gunna win and that`s more of a confidence thing. but i`m not gunna tell you how much we`re gunna beat a team by. that is disrespectful to the other team in my opinion. and it`s ridiculous anyway, so if we win by 21 than we`re not good or something??? ridiculous... and i`m not gunna STFU for anyone. i`ll come on here if we lose and eat crow. but then i`ll be back at it again hoping and PLANNING on a win for the following week. we`re making this fun, in my opinion you all need people like us to liven this joint up...seems kinda boring without us. ok ok, it`s not AS boring as watching the 3 A league teams play each other. say goodnight to the bad guy.
