Welcome back everyone. It`s been a while since we`ve been able to put some teams out there on the field. Should be an exciting playoffs with the addition of a few teams. Just a quick recap from 2 weeks ago. I went 4-1 in the National Division losing the Webb/Wolverines game, 3-2 in the American Division losing the Titans/MAC Daddies game and the Gray Hounds/Gang Green Game. That puts me at 59-24 for the season. Now lets take a look at our action for Halloween Night.

MAC Daddies vs. Webb Construction
Both these teams finished the season with 3 losses. MAC Daddies had a key victory over Spalding but lose some close games against the remaining top teams. Webb had a key victory over S&S(their only loss)but dropped a game they should have won against Entourage. I see this being a close battle, but look for Webb`s QB to take control.

Webb 17 MAC Daddies 14

Titans vs. Banditos
Titans finished the season at 6-3 falling to the top 2 teams (invequity and spalding) but won a key games against Gray Hounds and MAC Daddies to finish the regular season. Banditos lost 4 close games in a row at the beginning of the season against top ranked opponents but bounced back winning their final 3 games. They have had no problem putting points on the board, but their defense will have to step up if they want to advance to the next round. I see the Banditos drop another close one against a higher ranked opponent.

Titans 22 Banditos 21

Gang Green vs. Wolverines
Gang Green finished with a 5-4 record beating up on the bottom half of the division, but struggling against top teams. They did have a key victory over Spalding and gave Invequity a run for their money. Wolverines finished 4-2-2 (due to the lights rule at greenbriar). This is a team that finds a way to stay alive in every game. They are fundamentally sound. I see Wolverines taking care of Gang Green here

Wolverines 21 Gang Green 7

Gray Hounds vs. Vienna Inn
Both teams finished with 3 losses during the regular season. Gray Hounds played Invequity close, but lost big against Spalding and Titans. Their key victory was against MAC Daddies. Vienna Inn lost big against Banditos and S&S and were shut out against Punishers. Their key victory was over Helltown. I see Gray Hounds taking this low scoring battle.

Gray Hounds 10 Vienna Inn 7

Good Luck to all the teams in the playoffs. Check back tomorrow for Tuesday`s edition of the 1st round playoff picks.

Correction on the Inn team. We didn`t lose to S& S. We switched into the league and got another teams score. We lost the first week, but we lost to Spaulding 7-0. By the way, we won last night against Gray Hounds, 28-20.
