;	Theoretically Winchester is located in Northern Virginia. The Northern Shenandoah Valley is part of Virginia. Therefore, the Sharks will represent Northern Virginia in the kickoff classic. Maybe, the student to teacher ratio in the city was unable to provide the proper one on one time in geography class. By the way, try spell check next time.

There is concrete evidence from any map that Winchester is located in Northern Virginia. So let`s agree to disagree.

;	Geographically...virginia is divided into four regions.(e.g. tidewater, piedmont, etc.)...the term "northen virginia" fits more with social and cultural characteristics.
