Congrats to all the teams who have entered the 2nd round of the playoffs. After a 1-3 showing the first night, I bounced back yesterday with a 4-0 record. We look to tonight`s 3 game action, with 1 game slated for tomorrow night. Let`s take a look on who I see advancing to the semi-finals:

Invequity vs. Webb Construction
This is the only game here in the 2nd round where we see an American Division and National Division team against each other. Webb is coming off a victory against a good MAC Daddies team in the 1st round. They are playing an undefeated Invequity team who destroyed Potomac 30-0 in the 1st Round. I can bet you that Webb is not scared at all about playing an undefeated team as they handed S&S their only loss of the season a few weeks back. I see this as a close game, but as I`ve stated before, Invequity finds ways to win.

Banditos vs. Rosebuds
Our lone Thursday game matches Banditos (a team that is much better than their record shows) against Rosebuds. Back on September 20, these two teams met in an all out battle with Rosebuds pulling off the 9-7 victory. After some tough early losses, Banditos are riding a 5 game winning streak. Helltown has only lost 1 game on the year, but I see the Cinderella team of the playoffs, Banditos, pulling off the upset.

Spalding vs. Gang Green
Here we see a rematch from week 3 where Spalding won an easy game against Gang Green 17-0. Both teams are coming off close victories, Spalding over Punishers 14-11 and Gang Green with the upset win over Wolverines 17-13. I`ve already picked one 6th seed to win in the 2nd round (Banditos), but I`m going to have to go with the favorite here. I see a little closer game than when these teams last played, but not by much.

Vienna Inn vs. S&S
S&S may very well be the most talented team in the playoffs this season. Correction to an earlier post, Vienna Inn did not lose to S&S in week 1 (they actually were in the other division and switched over). This is the first meeting between these teams this season. It should be a good matchup but I see S&S`s athleticism taking over.

;	Swami, I enjoy your posts each week. I saw two games tonight, and you got both of them wrong. Gang Green won against Spaulding and the Inn beat S&S. Thanks again for taking the time to post for all of us.

;	sorry swami, wrong tonight... vienna inn won and gang green knocked off spaulding. the easy victory spaulding had against gang green during the season was an 8 versus 7 game. at even strength, this was a helluva game.

;	I think Swami needs to study some more game film, as Gang Green`s defense looked very good and Vienna Inn had some athletes of their own right.
