I thought you had to qualify for states.I see guys picking up other guys to go, so it looks like if you can stack a good team and pay the fee , then you can go.What is the point to qualify if they will allow anybody to go down.Isn`t it a rule to go down there with the same roster that you qualify with ? Just curious.

You can go to states one of 2 ways. Be the top 2 in the playoffs in the fall in the A league or get invited. Each league has a couple of slots for the state tourney depending on how many teams are fielded in the particular league. To my knowledge you can`t just say my team wants to go to states and play.
