did DA BOMB 3 give up the last game because they clinched a playoff spot (according to the standings before their double header)? and now they could be on their way out.

how did Tom and the league figure out a way to give a false sense of hope? could it be to get the payne trane in? is anyone in the league safe?!

;	no, we didn`t lose on purpose in our last game, but we did let some of our better guys rest more then they normally would because we had a double header and since we thought we were already in the playoffs guaranteed. we tried to even out playing time issues for people who hadn`t played as much in the earlier games. both teams thought that the game was meaningless and acknowledged as much after the game. i can recall a quote from someone on payne saying `good game, really wish you won the first one.`the implication obviously being that if we had beat kearney then payne would be in the playoffs. either way, this is really sucks for us if we are left out of the playoffs especially when we thought prior to our games that we were in.

;	It`s not up to the league or Tom to make sure each team wins their games. As far as the rankings it`s all a mathmatical formula. Anyone can figure it out. Stop being lazy or go back to school. How about win games so you don`t get in that situation. I don`t recall Payne not showing up thinking they where out.

;	my thinking is that a tie is like a half win and a half loss, so payne was 1-5-2 and da bomb was 2-6. so paynes 2 ties equal 1 extra win and 1 extra loss, therefore equaling 2-6, and the tie breaker being they one head 2 head

;	Yah, my fault as for some reason that clinch note does NOT remove from the public view. I added the clinch but removed it at the time and only checked in the admin screen, NOT on the public standings as I should have. When I added the clinch last night for Payne Trane and Kearney`s I did look at the public view standings and saw all C teams with the note. Went back to admin and Da Bomb 3 still does not show a note. If Payne Trane agrees, we`ll schedule a 30 minute half game play-in w/Da Bomb 3 Monday night at 7:30 then the winner plays VA JJ`s at 9:00. I`ll email the coaches. Tom - FCFFL

;	Someone needs to contact Payne Train because I know that both teams played that last game with the mindset that it was meaningless. They told us before and after the game that it didn`t matter and they were out so I doubt that they would even check these messageboards or playoff brackets.

Just because this board says that C league sucks does that mean that we say "Yea, C league sucks so we are not going to play hard." No. An independent party speaking here, I was at your game, and lets be real you all had the same dudes in there as when we played you at Wakefield. No disrespect intended, I just calling it like I see it. If you lose you lose, but dont get on here and say that you pulled players because you thought you were in. The same team that you had on the field when we played you three weeks ago is the same on you had on the field up until the very end of the last game on both offense and defense. Give Payne their due credit and move on.

Why would Noles need to play a team they barely beat in Reg. Season(12-6) and then want to play another team they tied (14-14) on the same night? Their chances were a lot better on moving into the next round with out playing another team. Lets see, lack of their normal postings about how good they are and who they plan to beat next, plus they no show at their last game, and now this? Whats going on Noles. Bobby is confused, what are doing to my team?
