 Word has it that a few players have gone out with knee and ankle injuries due to turf conditons. Which fields have been good and which fields should you watch out for?

Any ideas on how to minimize injury on a bad field?

Herndon field hasn`t been in the best condtion due to the little league parctices and games. Had one of my best D lineman #4 go down with a torn ACL first play of the first game! No one touched him. Freak accident. Surgery went well, now in rehab, he`ll be back in the spring.
