Here we go again WHAT rules are we playing by,
STATE rules / National rules what, I would hope we are playing by the state modified rules to the USFFA 6th edition. IT would be nice that the rules could be posted by now. Really Tom, did we need a new web site at this time when the season is upon us? The officials and teams NEED to know ASAP

;	I am going to try and explain this again. I can understand the confusion, but you named the rule book down to the edition and you still have problems with rules? The rules are as follows, you must keep in mind that the rules are based on a HEIRARCHY system. Meaning, when applying the rules after an infraction occurs you initially reference the 2005 Modifications page on the OLD website that has been available since at least this time last year. When there is an infraction that is not printed in the 2005 modifications, you then refer to the 6th edition as you mentioned above. Also, in case you don`t know, Tom is not responsible for rules, I am. If ever you have any question or need anymore clarifications on location of the rule book or how it is applied please don`t hesitate to contact me. My contact # is 703/371-4952. The best time to get me live during the week is after 3pm and any reasonable time on the weekend. If you miss me, please leave a msg and I can guarantee that I will respond to you in a timely manner.
