;	My team practiced on the grass up there this weekend. Afterwards we walked up to the turf to see what kind it is. Its Field turf. Or fake grass or what ever they are calling it. Basically its Plastic grass with a couple of inches of rubber fill. Its the same stuff they have up at dulles sportsplex. That being said, what shoes to wear ??? Really anything works. I wouldn`t go with screw-in cleats though. I play indoor (sportsplex) with Molded cleats (Nike TD somethings.). Guys on my team play with Nike Sharks and similar cleats. I`ve played in the past with basketball shoes or cross trainers. You will be surprised by the amount of traction this stuff has. You could go barefoot and have tons of traction. So really any athletic shoe should work. Hope that helps
