What is up with a B+ division? You stated that,

"Teams in B or C from the 2005 Fall season who finished as either a division winner, or made it to the playoff semifinals of their level must move up to the next level for the Fall 2006 season."

so now the 4 teams you mentioned before don`t have to move up from B to A, they can just go to B+?

It`s pretty absurd to create a B+ division when the A divison only has 10 teams. Why aren`t you making teams move up like you made teams move up in the spring division? Are you going to change your rules and now let teams move down even if they made it to their division playoffs?

;	Why a B+ division? 1) We want the divisions balanced in number of teams per division, 9 or 10 teams. We`re not going to get 18 A teams. 2) Its still moving up a level for those teams. If you are an A team, you most likely want to play A competition. If you are a .500 or below B team you`re now happy that more than the top four from last season`s B will move up (to B+). If you are a B+ team you will be happy that your move up division is competitive top to bottom. The only teams upset about this will be A teams who like easy games on the schedule, and possibly a none top 4 B team now being moved to B+. There was significant turnover in several of those teams whereby they do not return at least half their team - should we have allowed them to play in B with a new team name? They are entitled to do it. The goal here is competitive divisions (as close as possible) top to bottom. 4 playing levels brings us closer to that than 3. There are plenty of teams that will be added to the league this weekend and next week - its the busiest week of registration. Tom - FCFFL
