To all the teams with IFFL and FX league we want to make sure all the coachs know the policy for requesting a schedule change for your games this fall.

1. You can only request a schedule change when you know that you will not be able to field a team of (7) players which would mean a forfiet.

**The means if you are able to get (7) of your players to the field you can not request a schedule change even if you are missing most or players on your team. If you can get (7) players to the field then you have to play with that seven.

2. Even if you can not get (7) players which would mean a forfiet to your team a schedule request is still not guarented.

3. In order to be have a schedule change the team that you would play has to agree to the schedule change that you are requesting. That team has the decision to do a makee-up the game which could mean a double header or to take the forfiet and the win with a score of 14-0.

3. Along with the team that your supposed to play if any other teams who`s schedule would also be effected by your games schedule change (time and field location) would also have to agree.

4. The final factor is there must be field space available for the make-up. As the season get closer to the end the league has less time slots which means schedule changes are less likely to be possible.
