;	We are in C this year for 1 obvious reason - we didn`t win a game in the Fall (0-8-1). When you can`t win 1 damn game in B+, you need to go down to C and regroup. We got our QB back this Spring so that has helped us be successfully in C. I think we`ll end up in B in the Fall.

Bulldogs, 2010 C Division Title Winner & on track to become C Champions, finished 2009 "B" League at 2-7. 3.) Signal, currently at 7-2 in 2010 C was eliminated in the first round of Open Playoffs. So, in closing, your statement is well pretty stupid. If "C" teams could compete in open they would not be "C" teams.
