Lets take a look tonight games which will wrap up week one.

Lazy Sundae/Kerns

This is a rematch of the Bark Bowl championship game that Lazy Sundae narrowly won. Look for Kerns to come into this game fired up and light up the scoreboard against an over rated Lazy Sundae defense. Kerns won`t keep Lazy out of the endzone though so I expect we`ll see 8 or 9 touchdowns scored in this game. Last team with the ball wins and that will be Kerns.

Lions/Kerns

Kerns has no problems playing back to back games as we have seen recently. There are rumors flying that some key Lions players are out and look for Kerns to continue to exploit the weakness they found in the Lions defense last month. The Lions will continue to struggle on offense against Kerns and this will be a low scoring game. Kerns should pull it out by a touchdown and finish 2-0 on the night.

Novas/Coyotes

I hate to say it, but the Novas are on the slow escalator down. They have not won a meaningful game against real A level competition in a long time but lucky for them they won`t have to worry about that tonight as their experience will be key as they skate to a comfortable win against the Coyotes who just stepped off the boat.

You don`t know what you are talking about. Show some respect to the NOVAs.

the NOVAS are good and have been good for years but i have to agree that they have not won a big game, the last 2 years. But they always show up and they always play hard. I would have to agree with the earlier statement. i think that they are on there way down, unless they are able to bring in some new blood. This League is getting faster and younger each year. They have had the same people, on and off, for years. they might need to find some new blood for the team. but they have a great system in place. strong defense and a smart offence.

For what it is worth, I say the NOVAs are still a very good team and can beat anyone in this league on any given night.

The only reason the NOvas beat Rhinos is the Rhinos just finished a triple overtime game against Lazy S. and the Novas were fresh and rested for an hour after beating a c-team(sound familiar?).Give me break!

I do not think/hope the NOVAS/Rhinos Bark Bowl post was from anyone on the Rhinos.

Nobody from our team should be using the Lazy Sundae game as an excuse for the NOVAs whipping us in the Bark Bowl. Plain and simple, our flag pulling sucked in that game and like the smart team they are, they took advantage of it.
