A hold was committed by the offensive line 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage. The ref penalized us 10 yards from the spot of the foul. It turned out the penalty resulted in a 20 yard net loss for us. WTH?

Shouldn`t the penalty be 10 yards from the line of scrimmage for a hold. Please answer my question and if I am right, please inform the refs. Thanks

;	my math may be bad but if a lineman holds 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage and it`s a 10 yd penalty it seems to me the ball should be placed at the original line of scrimmage. How is that a 20 net loss?

;	I looked up the rule online and found this in the rule book page 45 section 3 art 1 note: read the note ..the ref`s were correct. Maybe give it to them as maybe they can read.

;	league suck some big gonads man they can`t call anything right . they let people pull people shorts off. under hook peoples are o an forget pulling the ****ing flags u can tackle in this league now. tom you really need to do a better job with these refs sunday league ref are way better then night league. i agree with dude big time. first two games were terrible on the officiating side for both teams in the game.

;	tom we need new ref`s or u need th train these guys on what holding is an pass interference in dude o an there was one guy wearing a earring during the whole damn game . how is that not a penalty? and another game some one said a guy had shorts with pockets come on man your are commish were the safety for us man. i think u need got watch few these games man .
