I would say Sheridan`s spreads certainly look more accurate in week 2 than he did in week 1.

Rejects over Badboyz
Storm over Novas

TC giving 31.5 just seems like too much

everything else looks fairly accurate

I agree

but, Triple Crown put up 24 in their first game against Union, so you gotta believe they are capable of scoring more against the Wolverines. And the Wolverines only scored 3 on a Reject defense that isnt as good as TC`s. Not that I think TC will win by 32, but I think its an accurate spread.

TC

Much Better

than week 1...TC will cover I think as well...wolverines are soft on both sides of the ball and will get lit up.

Think Spaldings got a chance to upend the Sharks?

I do

Any vet team has a chance of taking down the Sharks the way they played on Tues. Spald put up 31 so seems they are offto decent start early as to Sharks gave up 20. I`d say a bad start.

Progression young man! The object is to gradually improve. We don`t worry too much about the beginning. We use these games to gradually get better so come playoff time we`ll be playing our best (hopefully). But do I think we`ll lose, nah, my competitive nature won`t allow me to think anything besides we`ll always win!

But who knows, maybe Frontline is just terrible (or played terrible) and Novacaine played really good. I don`t think you can make an assumption one way or another this early in the season.

Frontline

Apr 03, 2009

Did not look good at all. They had absolutely no blocking and their QB made some seriously questionable throws, one which turned into a pick six. Defensively they got almost no pressure and gave Spadling`s QB all day to throw.

I agree with the

Bum, Sharks played Ok, maybe not so Ok against the Nova, but Nova played excellent and still lost. You do the math using Bum`s progession method.

Are giving the Rejects to much credit. They should be dogs by a lot bigger spread. Sure they won there first game but if you look back they lost to pathetic United in there game before that.

Not buying it

If Signal loses to the Badboyz by 14, then I def believe the Rejects should be no more than 5 point underdogs.

We have established that the sharks were rusty against Novacaine but Novacaine did not play that great either.

Who isn`t

going to be rusty their first game of the year? I think just about everyone is/was.

Krypt (+14) Union
Signal (+10) Greyhounds
Rejects (+3) Badboyz
Spalding (+13) Sharks
Wolverines (+31.5) TC
Titans (-14) Krypt
Storm (+3) NOVAs
Blazers (-10) Titans
PKL (-10) Diesel
Hokies (-7) Frontline
Novacaine (+3) Magnums

upset specials: storm over novas, rejects over bad boyz. look for union to bounce back on track and making an example of a former C team. diesel`s offensive woes continue against a fast PKL defense.

Still love the idiots that come on once in a while and try to impersonate the great Pete Rose.

Frontline fell flat on their slow, unathletic faces last week, but the Hounds and Hokies came through to even things out for us.

This week we`ll keep it small and take the Rejects and the 5 and Storm +8 for a nickel each.

Nope

no way Kryptonites lose by 14. They have a stacked squad compared to their team last year. I wouldn`t be suprised if they win one, if not both of their games next week.

I guess the vegas lines on TC were not bad after all. Someone said 31 points was too high, and giving to much credit. Im still trying to figure out how the standings will play out. Its still early in the season. TC seems to be picking up from last year. I wonder who will be the unspoken team this year to make a little noise?

I think

Apr 10, 2009

The Magnums D will make them very tough to beat. If people on their offense step up besides their QB, they could really do some damage this Spring.

Sheridan on point this week. Had 8/11 on the right side & 6/11 within (3.5)!

TC

is still the team to beat, but I do agree that the Mags look pretty good; should come down to TC, Sharks, and Mags

Are 2-0. don`t forget about those guys. They are notorious for starting slow but it looks like they are playing decent ball to begin this spring season. They don`t blow people out, but they are always there at the end of the game.
