Unfortunately, WOW, I won`t be able to give people like you jobs, or hire new employees, because of the increased tax hikes on my business and all small businesses alike. And if you already have a job (which I doubt), you probably won`t be seeing any raises anytime soon. And for what? A small percentage tax break that only goes to "middle class" workers who can`t make enough money? Stop watching CNN and think things through. Unless your just a typical liberal who just wants something for nothing, and begs the government to fix all of their problems.

"1 We aren`t going to bomb Iran and start WWIII"- We weren`t going to bomb Iran anyway, and now our country is at greater risk by having an inexperienced "leader" who seems to believe to world is a peacful place. "There`s going to be an international crisis, I GUARANTEE IT" remember?

"2 My parents will actually benefit from social security and be able to retire at a respectable age"- How old are you? You think 4-8 years is going to give them THAT much money from social security to retire any sooner than they would have?

"3 My sister-in-law will make a higher salary as a teacher" seems like youre stretching for reasons here pulling your sister-in-law into it.

"4 Our school systems will no longer be neglected and every child will get a fair chance, not just the rich ones"- no, every child won`t get a fair chance, that`s an empty promise and I`d like to know how he plans on giving EVERY child a chance.

"5 The US will now be seen as a leader in the ever-so-prevalent era of globalization, considering we finally have a thoughtful, composed, and bilateral leader." HOW THE **** DO YOU KNOW? What has he ever done? Who has he ever led?

Reasons 6-8... Fair enough

"9 Oh, yeah...I get a $500 tax break"- Until you get a promotion or try to start your own business one day. Than you get ****ed.

I hope Obama does a good job, honestly. He is the Pres, nothing can be done. I`m not saying McCain wouldve been great. But don`t praise this guy like that. He has a WHOLE LOT to prove.

You are persistent, sir. I`ll give you that. My response:

1 McCain sung a song about bombing Iran during an interview with Larry King. That right there is exactly the kind of arrogant war-mongering that got us into this Iraq mess in the first place. The very fact that he was comfortable enough to sing about making a huge mistake like that tells me that he obviously does not possess the mental capacity to realize the repercussions of following the type of reckless foreign policy that has wilted international respect and trust towards our nation.

2 I`m not saying that given two terms, Obama will make my parents rich when they retire. But at least he has displayed the willingness to analyze the way our country treats our seniors (which is dreadful compared to most other sovereign nations) and put emphasis on the fact that this is a problem that must be addressed and cannot be ignored. The social security system is obviously in dire need of reform and John McCain displayed no intent, vocally, or through his policies, to address the situation accordingly.

3/4 I`m stretching for reasons by pulling her into this? Once again, I look out for other people. What happens to them affects me, directly or indirectly. You honestly thought you could discount my point by basically saying that me wanting someone I care about to be able to make more money is not a good reason to vote? I think that is a great reason to vote, and if you disagree, then you`re just as self-centered and close minded as I`m trying not to presume. To move onto 4, Obama has clearly stated his position on school reform and, compared to McCain`s proposed policies (which were vague and insufficient, at best), Barack has an agenda to lessen the quality of education disparity that was only worsened by Bush`s "no child left behind". You`re argument is weak. You could argue that all of his promises are empty 70 days before he even gets into the White House.

5 Call it intuition. Call it a hunch. Call it wishful thinking. I don`t really care what you call it. I believe that Obama is the most intellectual and open-minded leader that we can appoint at this time. And I believe these qualities are exactly what we need to address the problems with our foreign policy. Look where all of our `experience` has gotten us in the middle east. I don`t care if Obama doesn`t have experience in buddying up with Saudi princes so we can get table scraps and .003% discounts on barrels of oil. Our middle east policy is a joke and I`m glad we have someone in office that wants to change it.

9 When I do start a business some day I will be proud and take solace in the fact that marginal amount of profit that I am not making is helping those who are not successful enough to start a business. BTW Obama does plan on giving tax breaks to companies and corporations that create jobs in the US. Why does no one ever talk about that?

One last thing: i didn`t get any of that from CNN. Maybe you should stop watching Fox News.

HA I don`t watch Fox News buddy they are actually turning pretty left wing on us too. Well you have your reasons and I have mine. I guess this all started because you called people "redneck, republican ducebags" or something, which I don`t agree with because theyre are plenty of good republicans left. I also don`t beleive in "spreading the wealth" i think that is a sure way to stall economic growth because you are giving people money instead of giving them incentive to go out and earn it. Now not everyone has that opportunity, and that`s why some taxes are necessary, so we can find some common ground there. One more point I will make, is that any half-qualified Democrat that ran for President would have won because of the mistakes by Bush. However, there are plenty of dumb ass Republicans and plenty of dumb ass Democrats that vote for all the wrong reasons. I just worry that this election there were more dumb ass Democrats voting than there were civilized ones like yourself my friend. I certainly did not vote for Obama, but hopefully he will do as good of a job as you say he will. No point of extending this classic Conservative/Liberal political arguement that could go on forever. But good "debate" I guess, you did make me think of some things I hadn`t before.

i enjoyed the debate as well. You`re a gentleman and a scholar. Can you please tell the rest of these idiots that Obama is neither a terrorist or a muslim?

Back to rerere... So, let me get this straight. You think obama is muslim because he changed his name to Barack, from Barry. That would be the first i have heard of this so maybe I could learn something if I came to your trailer one day and watched whatever it is you are watching that gives you these insider details.
This brings me to your next point, which i plan on debasing with the quickness.

He `vissited` (as you so eloquently put it) Syria And The Middle East. (I didn`t think it was possible to visit syria without being in the middle east. Can you scan and email the map you have in your back pocket.)

I have visited Canada and the Dominican Republic before. Does that make me Canadian or Dominicano? I don`t think so, but now that you`ve mentioned it, I have been blurting out phrases in Spanish and saying "eh" a lot since I`ve `vissited` those countries.

Onto your next point... where did he get the money to travel the world? I`ll give you some credit here... you, at least, were correct about Harvard and Columbia being expensive. But let me break it down for you real quick:

When you go to college, there are programs called "Study Abroad", which sometimes the same price or a little more expensive than what you are already paying in tuition. Reputable schools, especially Harvard and Columbia, offer many opportunities for their students to travel to every corner of the Earth. Not to mention Obama was at the TOP of his class at every school he ever attended. When you excel in scholastic efforts, as Obama clearly did, you can travel pretty much anywhere you want through the university. See, the idea is to give students a more well-rounded, worldly view of things, so that they can make the most out of their education and represent their Alma Mater properly.

What is your theory here, anyway? that since obama is a terrorist, Al Qaeda paid for a trip for him and his classmates to come hang out?

===========================================================
CHANGE WE BELIEVED IN

I fell for it. I admit it. I fell for the whole thing. I just never thought it would come back to bite me personally.

Being born the last year of that alleged conservative paradise, the Reagan administration, I guess I never paid much attention to politics until George W’s second term. I was in high school debate and we had to keep up with what was happening around the world more than most kids our age. I thought W was just short of Adolf Hitler as far as leaders went. He and Cheney and their oil buddies had invaded Iraq to make themselves richer, and he lied about Iraq having nuclear weapons, and he covered the whole thing up, and he got thousands of Americans and countless Iraqis killed. I hoped the next administration would indict them all, but that didn’t happen.

I guess my sentiments about George were stronger than most my age. A lot of us felt pretty strongly, but most of us didn’t actually devote hundreds of hours to ensuring George was replaced with someone entirely new. That someone was Barack Obama.

In 2008 I was a college senior at the University of Oregon, majoring in history and, for a while at least, girls. Until one corralled me and got me to fall head over heels for her. My searching days were over. She—Rachel is her name—and I met Barack Obama personally when he came through Eugene and had an impromptu town hall meeting at Ducks’ Dream Pizza by campus. We just happened to be next door at the ice cream place when someone ran in yelling, “Barack Obama is at Duck’s Dream!” We slipped inside the back door and made our way to within three tables of him. He sat there, having pizza (vegetarian—I loved it!) and chatting with a bunch of us students, asking us about our dreams, telling us about his vision for the country.

When he stood up, ready to go, he had to go to the bathroom (you never get those details on MSNBC), and on his way to the back he walked right up to us. I just reflexively put out my hand and said something really dumb—I think it was “Good to meet you, Mr. President.” He laughed and said, “Better hold off on that a few months.” He shook Rachel’s hand, and then he went to the bathroom. They cleared the way for him to get back through, so we didn’t get that close to him again, but that was enough. I went to Duck’s Dream planning to vote for Obama. I came out dedicated to getting him elected.

What excited me about him, you ask? After eight years of Bush, I wanted something entirely different. I had had it with the way things worked in Washington—the endless bickering, the political games, the special interests, the valuing of personal careers and wealth more than the good of the people. Obama was beyond all that. By himself, he couldn’t wave a wand and make it all different. I knew that. But with the people, especially young people, behind him, he could set a new tone for America, take us past the morass we were in, and lead us not only toward a better country, but a better world.

I wanted economic policies that would no longer benefit just the rich. I wanted all Americans to have access to health care. I wanted us to move toward energy independence with renewable, non-polluting energy sources and to do our substantial share toward ending global warming. I wanted us to get out of Iraq—not a precipitous immediate pullout, but a pretty quick phased withdrawal from a place we never should have been in the first place.

What appealed most was the prospect of my generation being the one to heal the racial divide that had crippled this country for so long. That divide was not part of my generation; we accepted each other regardless of race. We wanted a president who would reflect that and who would move us once and for all beyond all the racial tensions.

Needless to say, I was thrilled when Obama won. And not just on election night. The first six months of the Obama presidency, I was amazed at what he and the Democratic Congress were able to accomplish. They really did pass universal medical coverage, a minor miracle. It wasn’t universal care, like the British system, but it was universal access to insurance, which was great. They passed sweeping tax reforms. The middle class tax cut didn’t materialize—the deficit was too big to justify tax cuts—but they did substantially increase taxes, both income and payroll, on those making over $250,000, as well as raising corporate and capital gains taxes. Obama also signed something Bush never would have, the cap and trade legislation that allocated carbon emissions among companies and industries to alleviate global warming.

As icing on the cake, two Supreme Court nominees announced their retirement after Obama’s inauguration. His two replacement nominees, both liberals, flew through the Senate.

After all the partisan attacks against him during the election, Obama had been vindicated. He really had brought change to Washington. Gridlock had ended.

There were some negatives, I admit. Congress passed and Obama signed the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA), which turned out was one of his campaign promises. The law nullified all state restrictions on abortions that the Supreme Court had OK’d: third trimester restrictions, parental notification laws, etc. I guess this wasn’t a surprise. After all, Obama had stood alone in the Illinois Senate arguing against legislation that mandated medical care for those few babies who survived abortions. I have always been pro-choice, but I had qualms about FOCA. Mandating that all abortions were legal, even at eight and half months, was further than I was willing to go.

I also thought Obama went too far in some government programs. Did we really need nationwide, federally funded preschool? The federal government doesn’t even pay for regular school; localities do. Why was I sending tax dollars to Washington for pre-school?

And the spending worried me. Thanks to Bush’s spending, and then the 2008 economic bailout, Obama inherited an annual federal deficit of over $750 billion. The programs he got Congress to pass added $800 billion a year. Who, I wondered, would end up paying for all of this?

I graduated in May of Obama’s first year, but I couldn’t find a job since the economy still hadn’t climbed out of the Bush recession. I could have gone into teaching, I suppose, but that wasn’t me. I decided to stay at U of O and get an MBA. I know, it would have been a sellout if I had just been after the money. But I figured there were lots of worthy nonprofits that needed to be managed well, too. Maybe it influenced my decision a little that Rachel had decided to get a master’s, too, in environmental management.

We both finished in 2011. Unfortunately, I still couldn’t find a job. Unlike two years before, though, and thanks to the finance courses I took, I now understood why the country, two years later, was still economically anemic. Raising personal income and payroll taxes on the $250,000-plus crowd had really socked it to small businesses, which generate most new jobs. Their taxes were now over 60%. A lot of them didn’t have big enough profit margins to pay extra taxes, so they laid off an employee or two. Those that didn’t lay off often decided not to expand. What was the point of risking expansion when the government was going to take over 60 cents of every extra dollar, anyway?

As for big corporations, I didn’t realize that the U.S. corporate tax rate was already second highest in the world before Obama raised it, and that Obama had raised the capital gains tax from 15% to 25% at a time when the rest of the world either had none or were lowering theirs. The result: more corporations moving overseas, where their tax rates were lower, and less investment capital flowing into the U.S., since overseas investors didn’t have to pay our high capital gains tax on investments elsewhere. That meant less business expansion here, and fewer jobs, for me and everyone else. I eventually did find one, although I’m not sure it was worth getting an MBA for.

There was at least one part of the economy that was growing, however. Rachel got a job with a non-partisan environmental group whose main activity was monitoring the effects of the anti-global warming cap and trade legislation.

Between us, we made enough to buy a house—not our dream house, but not a total fixer-upper. The interest rate was lousy, since interest rates (and inflation) had crept up during Obama’s entire first term—largely due to excess government spending. But that wasn’t all Obama’s fault. Bush had done his share of spending, too

Once we had our own house, we discovered that energy costs—heating, in this case—had gone through the roof. In addition to costing jobs, the global warming cap and trade legislation had been predicated to raise energy costs by over 40%, and that was coming to pass. Unfortunately, as Rachel eventually discovered in her work, it didn’t do much to help global warming. But it made us feel like we were doing something at the time.

One thing that consistently pleased us during Obama’s first term was the much higher regard the world seemed to have for the United States. That was reflected in public opinion polls. The downside was that things didn’t go very well on the world stage. Two weeks before the election, Joe Biden had promised that some nation would manufacture an international crisis to test Obama. That nation turned out to be China, which decided it was time to retake Taiwan. Despite our treaty obligations to Taiwan, we stayed out of that bloodbath. I felt terrible for the Taiwanese, though.

Shortly thereafter, Russia got into the act, gobbling up several of its former Soviet Republics, just as it had invaded Georgia in 2008. I have to say, I disagreed with how the Obama administration handled all of this. They seemed to think that if they talked with the Russians enough, the Russians would behave. But that never happened. I suppose that mindset was evident during the campaign, too, when Obama said he would meet with any world leader without preconditions.

Perhaps the problem wasn’t Obama so much as his appointees at the State Department. I guess deep down I knew he would appoint people who didn’t really believe America had a special role in the world, or who thought America was a destructive force in the world. He had hung around those types his whole life. I just didn’t think through what it would mean to people elsewhere to not have America standing up for them a little more. As it turned out, lots of people died, and lots more lost their freedom.

As for us personally, things didn’t go so well for a couple of years there. In 2013 our city government seized our house to make way for a new strip shopping center. How could they do that in America, you say? Turned out the liberal wing of the Supreme Court, plus one moderate, had said the government could in 2005. The Obama Court reaffirmed that by a 6-3 vote. I always thought being liberal meant standing up for the little guy. We got a new house, but the government didn’t compensate us fairly for our old one, and we missed our old neighborhood.

Rachel’s younger brother, who worked in construction, moved in with us for seven months. The Obama administration had passed a very open-door illegal immigration bill that gave amnesty to everyone who was here and, essentially, welcomed those who weren’t. The additional influx of immigrants killed wages in his industry, and he couldn’t make it on his own for a while.

The next year my mom died. I thought we’d get a pretty sizable inheritance from her, since she and dad had built up a nice retirement nest egg and had seen their three bedroom house which they bought in L.A. in the 60s increase in value twenty-fold. As it turned out, though, when the Bush tax cuts expired in 2010, the 55% death tax rate kicked back in. So the government got half of what my parents had saved. I never really thought of them as rich.

Then Rachel had a medical condition that, as it turned out, the government insurance program refused to cover. And I thought the insurance companies used to be hard to deal with.

How government acts really does affect our lives, as it turns out. Still, it might have been worth it all if my biggest hope had come to pass. But for me, the primary disappointment of the Obama administration has been the whole post-partisan, uniter, reformer image that Obama portrayed during the campaign. None of that has come to fruition.

I guess that was to be expected. As I later figured out, nothing in Obama’s record—as opposed to his rhetoric—showed him to be a uniter or reformer. He had the lost liberal voting record in the U.S. Senate and rarely reached across the political aisle to compromise or unite. In Illinois, he had the opportunity multiple times to stand up to the corrupt Chicago political machine and support true reform politicians. He always chose not to rock the boat and sided with the machine. He got elected to the Illinois Senate in the first place by underhandedly getting his Democratic opponent (and political mentor) kicked off the ballot. Most of all, in retrospect, Obama had no record of standing up to the interest groups that the Democrats favored. Rather than reforming things, the Obama presidency simply turned into a federal feeding trough for the likes of the trial lawyers and the teachers unions, whose ranks swelled due to the huge federal pre-school and day care program.

I would say, “Why weren’t we told these things beforehand?” We were, apparently. But I didn’t want to listen. I bought into the rhetoric instead. I suppose I learned the hard way that a candidate can say most anything. What matters most is what he has done. Obama stayed true to himself. His policies, programs, and appointments reflected what he had done as a U.S. Senator and a Chicago politician. We can’t say we didn’t know.

Having a `Republican` mindset and growing up in southwestern Virginia - I take offense to the name calling. Not all Republicans think Obama is a terrorist, contrary to what some may post here. I also take offense to this quote from you:
"That just proves that people like you and the rest of these ignorant fools are now the minority in this country. Start acting accordingly. Stop trying to lecture people. Go run your company and get off the flag football message board you gigantic douche."
Really? Really? Just how should the ‘minority’ now act? Wasn’t Our country founded by a ‘minority’ voice? Aren’t groups like say….ummmm….the ACLU rooted in speaking up and making sure the ‘minority’ voice and rights are heard? Now that the ‘Left’ is now in control, you feel a position to lecture the ‘minority’ to act accordingly all the while calling us names…..but what’s great about this country is that we all have the right to be heard, guaranteed in our Constitution, a right to free speech, a right to debate our views…even on a friggin flag football website….the name calling and demanding the ‘minority’ right to act accordingly paints you in same light as those you are trying to discredit. Obama has a hell of a challenge in front of him and for ALL of our sakes I wish him well, but I will always want my voice to be heard no matter how ‘minority’ it may become and hope that the new ‘majority’ won’t infringe on my rights and try to silence it. Peace.

Wow, I must not have been paying attention during the election, so you can you clarify, without resorting to name calling, how

1) Obama being elected means teachers will get a raise? I may be wrong, but I did not think the Federal Government normally was in charge of teachers salaries. I thought that normally feel under state and local governments.

2) Obama will save Social Security? I may have missed this in the debates, but I never once heard him provide any specifics.

okay man, I have no qualms with conservatives. I am glad you guys have a voice and will always have a voice, because we need to hear it and we need to remember we are all on the same boat if we ever want to succeed. What i do have a problem with, is how the Republican party scares people into believing these things. I`m not a Democrat. I just support Barack. And I`m pretty sure that the only party that can be blamed for the spreading of rumors about Obama being a Muslim, or a terrorist, is the Republican Party. It reminds me of McCarthyism. Unfortunately, there are people, like the ones that post on this board, that believe these rumors, deeply. And when I see the effect it has on people and the magnitude of hate that it nurtures, it makes me sick to my stomach and scared for our country. And at this point I am forced to call it what it is: EVIL. Now I now that these things go both ways, but you cannot honestly say that the Republican campaign run against Barack Obama wasn`t, at its roots, dangerous, misleading, uber-negative, manipulative, and divisive, and, ultimately, evil. Are these things good for our country? How could you possibly say yes? I respect everyone`s beliefs to a point where they are dangerous and you seem like you are clear-minded about this. I apologize for the name calling, but I think it`s a lot less serious of a problem for me to call someone these names than it is for millions of Americans to believe that our President elect is a terrorist. Also, Barack is a Christian. What can`t people seem to understand about this? He doesn`t have 10 wives and wear a turban to work. He doesn`t go to a mosque. And even if he did, then whats the big problem? He has one wife. His family loves America as much as me and you. His kids play soccer. He only owns ONE house. He started from nothing and only met his father once. Yet, somehow, your party found a way to portray him as a dangerous Islamic Extremist. And the American people rejected this. We`re sick of that crap. Give the man some respect for God`s sake. He`s accomplished more in life than all us of in this league, collectively. The RNC should be ASHAMED for what they said about Barack Obama. ASHAMED. It was god-awful. All the man ever said was that he wanted to help us change. Is that really that scary? Once again, I apologize for name calling, but people need to think about the ignorant things they say. I know I will think about what I have said.

1. It`s called "education reform", which we have neglected to sufficiently address for a long time now. You may not realize it, but outside of Fairfax county, there are some horrible educational institutions all across the country with dilapidated facilities and Atlases that still display the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, and Indo-China. This needs to change. The states and localities have had a long time to snap out of it and get something done, and this just simply has not happened. So, who`s gonna reform schools? I`d say the best candidate would be the federal gov`t. I mean... if states and localities aren`t going to do it, who else can? I can`t reform our educational system. Can you? Can your Dad? Maybe, just maybe, Barack start a movement to address this. But you aren`t willing to give him a chance. Oh, wait, America is tho. We just voted him into office. Did you miss the election, too? I guess if all you did was watch the debates and all the crap on TV, you probably know next to nothing Barack`s policies.

2. Dude, read something. If you want specifics, they are out there waiting for you. They don`t have them on TV. You must actually utilize your mind to find them. Maybe check his website? That`s just off the top of my head. Also, if you look back at all of my posts, I never once wrote the word, "save". I mentioned that he plans on reforming social security. I don`t really feel like writing down his entire policy for you to read, so, sorry bud.

You are pretty good at dodging direct questions, making snide comments and parroting campaign sound bites but seem very short on facts. Sounds like you would make a great politician!

You initially stated your "sister-in-law would make a higher salary" because Obama was elected, but you can not seem to provide anything to support this claim. Instead, you launch into a diatribe about education reform, again with no info about how the plan for how this was going to be done, as if my questioning your initial statement means I do not believe that we need this reform. To top it off you assume I am not willing to give "him a chance" because I had the nerve to ask how Obama was going to raise teachers` salaries.

As for Social Security, your lack of an answer confirms you have no idea what Obama plans to do Instead of illuminating us with your vast knowledge of the issue, you quibble over "save" vs. "reform".

Although you obviously have great passion for Obama, it is clear that outside of the media talking points it is you who knows next to nothing about Obama` s polices.

Barack Obama will reform No Child Left Behind:

Obama and Biden believe teachers should not be forced to spend the academic year preparing students to fill in bubbles on standardized tests and he will improve the assessments used to track student progress to measure readiness for college.

Invest in early childhood education:

The Obama-Biden comprehensive "Zero to Five" plan will provide critical support to young children and their parents. And they will help states move toward voluntary, universal pre-school.

Make college affordable to all Americans:

Obama and Biden will create a new American Opportunity Tax Credit worth $4,000 in exchange for community service. It will cover two-thirds the cost of tuition at the average public college or university and make community college tuition completely free for most students.

Barack Obama will protect Social Security:

Obama and Biden are committed to ensuring Social Security is solvent and viable for the American people, now and in the future. They are strongly opposed to privatizing Social Security.

Provide cheaper prescription drugs:

Obama and Biden will allow the federal government to negotiate for lower drug prices for the Medicare program. They also support allowing seniors to import safe prescription drugs from overseas.

Protect and strengthen Medicare:

Obama and Biden are committed to the long-term strength of the Medicare program. They will reduce waste in the Medicare system and will tackle fundamental healthcare reform.

It`s hard for me to articulate the policies of a President who is not even in office yet. I don`t think anyone can do that with much success. The past 8 years the country hsan`t "propered" as you put it however it has prostered. Bush inherited a recession and immediately thereafter the economy was almost shut down due to the attack on September 11th. During the next 5 years there were 7 million jobs created from tax cuts with a hight growth rate for the economy. The past two years the democrats have controlled the house and the bottom dropped out of the economy. If you don`t know the facts you should not simply repeat what you have been told because it sounds good. George Bush II didn`t get us in this war there were articles of surrender from the earlier invasion and Saddam didn`t follow those requirements.

Here is a simple example of not researching the facts. If you were asked who the first President of the US was you, and almost everyone else, would say George Washington however you would not be correct. Google John Hansen and you will find the truth. Now i understand he was the first president under the articles of confederation but the fact is he was the first US president. Please do some research. Here is the url to the site.

That`s the problem with Liberals. Anything that goes wrong, it`s obviously the government and the republican presidents fault. No matter what. FEMA is NOT allowed to go to a city or state unless and until they are invited (neither by the way is the National Guard). This has been the rule of engagement since it was formed. The local and state government of New Orleans blew this and it was in no way Bush`s, the federal government`s, or FEMA`s fault? The Red Cross was there because they do not have to wait for an invitation nor does the press who did nothing to help). Again I ask you to do your research first and don`t just repeat what you hear. You write well and are clearly bright so please do a little research.

has a very long and impossible list to fill for his supporters. People will be pissed and he will become a lame duck in 2 years and be out in 4 years when the US of A goes down the ****tter.

1.) Gitmo will stay open longer then he promised to close.

2.) The Military will be in Iraq longer than he promised.

3.) Russia, N. Korea, Iran & maybe Venezuela will test him, he will look cowardly by wanting to sit down and talk.

4.) He will not be able to fix the economy as he promised as he does not know what to do. Hell, Paulson does not know what to do. However, he promised to fix it.

5.) Race relations in the US of A will get worse based on him steppin over Black America and him taking care of his white liberal friends needs or charities.

6.) He will raise taxes on everyone and this will be his "kiss of death". As you dig deeper in peoples pockets they get pissed and will kick you out.

7.) We will be attacked again and he would have intelligence predicting it and he does nothing to stop it because the threat level is only 85%.

8.) In 2012 the country will be so upset and move so far to the right that it will be 50 years before a demo gets elected again.
