;

A whole slate of meaningful games are on tap for tonight. The division lead is at stake along with playoff hopes and seedings . Lets get right into things.

Lions/My Plumber

I guess we will find out tonight if the Lions can perform against quality teams in back to back weeks. The key in this game will be the play of the line on both sides of the ball. If the Lions can show the same intensity My Plumber will have its hands full. This should be a close game with long drives and only a few scores on either side. If this happens I like My Plumber to come out with the win 17-14 on a last minute field goal and keep pace with the Sharks for the division lead. My Plumber should be able to minimize anything the Lions throw at them offensively, but if the Lions cannot pressure the My Plumber QB we could see a more lopsided game.

Lazy Sundae/Lions

One team is rising up the rankings the other team is in a slide. I don`t think Lazy Sundae stands a chance in this game and the Lions could jump out to a big lead. I do expect that the Lions will be at least a little gassed from the first game, but not enough to have a letdown in their second game. The Lions defense will overwhelm the Lazy Sundae offense and the Lions might pick up a defensive score. The Lazy Sundae defense has not stopped anybody. I like the Lions here 28-6.

Coyotes/Rhinos

After a bad outting last week expect the Rhinos to rebound and come prepared to play this week. The Coyotes made a statement in their last game that they will not roll over and play dead, but they are not playing the Vienna Ballers tonight. With a *playoff spot on the line* the Rhinos should sense the urgency and rise to the occassion with a solid defensive effort. The Coyotes will have problems moving the ball against the Rhinos tonight and the Rhinos should tack 17 to the board. I will call this game 17-0 Rhinos.

Happy Columbus Day!
