Hi, my team is new to the league this year. After going over the rules, I`m still somewhat confused on what kind of blocking is allowed and what isn`t allowed. I won`t be playing on the line, but I`m curious. The only other flag fooball I`ve played totally prohibited blocking and only allowed "screen" blocking from the o-line.

NO down field blocking of any kind, Including leading your ball carrier down open field.

Just about all blocking behind the line of scrimmage is legal, Just no "cut blocking" Not sure if you`ll get flagged but certain to get a fist in yo face after the game! However, if you get a chance to plant someone on their A$$ behind the line don`t hesitate!

Keep it clean!

You can also play some bump-and-run on the defense, but it`s gotta be within a few yards of the line of scrimmage.
